I seem to always have alot of crescent rolls in my fridge, the other day when I decided to make the chicken pockets I thought about this too. I had seen someone take string cheese & wrap in crescent rolls on pinterest to make “mozzerella sticks” so I thought Hmm, a step further, theres some pizza sauce, PIZZA POCKETS! It was easy, and they were really good, better than any store bought! Heres the Recipe
1 can Crescent Rolls
4 pieces of string cheese, cut in half
Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni or any other “toppings” you would like inside
Preheat your oven to 350
First, I took the corner of the crescent triangle and cut off and placed on the side to make it a square shape
Then place the string cheese half in the middle, and add about a tablespoon amount of pizza sauce, (also if you have other “toppings” to add, add them here)
Next, Fold over the sides & pinch the ends together to close. (make sure all ends are closed so that nothing “leaks” out)
Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
