Easy Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet dry ranch dip mix
- 1 lb deli meat (I used cajun chicken for the video, but ANY type will work, your choice!)
- 10-12 slices deli cheese (Or packaged sliced)
- 4-5 burrito size tortillas
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese and dry ranch dip mix together (I personally use the whole pack, but you may want to try just ¾ of the packet first to taste)
- spread the mixture onto the tortilla
- layer cheese then deli meat
- firmly roll the tortilla, refrigerate over night or at least 3-4 hours until firm
- Cut and serve
