First I have to say that, I love Tilapia! I’ll be honest, its something I just tried a couple months ago at the restaurant Houstons and I have been a huge fan of it every since. I have made it multiple times and multiple ways and this recipe is my favorite. I eat this atleast two or three times a week, if not more! Tilapia is a huge staple in my diet honestly since I became a healthy foodie in February.
I made this recipe for 1, so double up as needed for each person
Heres what you need:
1 Fresh Tilapia Filet
1 Tbs cajun seasoning (see this recipe for your own homemade cajun seasoning)
2 Tbs Olive Oil
3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
First take 1 Tbs of Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkle onto fillet.
Next, sprinkle the cajun seasoning on both sides of filet.
In a covered skillet heat olive oil on medium-high heat, add fillet, cover for about 5 mins, then add remaining balsamic vinegar, flip and cover until fish is done and flakey when pulled with a fork.
This is such a good recipe and honestly one of my favorites, its easy, quick, so good, and healthy!
Let me know what you think of this recipe!
