I talked about pinwheels before and how easy they are to make, especially if you need a quick & easy party food, heres a healthier way to make them that is just as quick but healthier.
Heres what you will need:
1/2 cup Homemade healthy ranch dressing (heres the recipe EXCEPT use mostly cottage cheese and less (if any) greek yogurt to make it thick)
Low carb whole grain Tortillas
Fresh sliced deli meat
Swiss Or mozzarella (part skim low moisture) cheese
Use the same steps for Pinwheels but use the Healthy ranch to spread, then deli meat, then cheese, then lettuce, Roll up and then slice and serve
