I have made MANY Chocolate Chip cookies, none of them has tasted like these. When I say this is the best cookies ever, these cookies will make you want to slap yo’ mamma! (Just don’t!) This recipe is pretty simple, not too many ingredients, and quick to cook. I did this recipe two different ways, Ill show both ways, one with chocolate chips, and the other with white chocolate chunks (Almost like white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies, without the nuts)
Heres What you will need:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup regular granulated sugar
1 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (about 12 ounces) semisweet and/or milk chocolate chips Or white chocolate chunks
Preheat your oven to 350.
First, in a separate bowl whisk together the flour, & baking soda. Set aside.
Then, in a mixing bowl, on medium speed beat together the butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar, until its light and fluffy.
Then slowly add the flour mixture. Until almost fully combined, add the chocolate chips, or white chocolate chunks (I took vanilla almond bark and cut up into chunks)
Once mixed, drop table spoon sized cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Cook for 8-10 mins until the edges are golden brown.
